The Arxus Primo Nord LW is the ultimate boot in terms of its light weight and agility. This warm lined natural rubber boot has a heat equalizing function that prevents overheating and makes it comfortable even at warmer temperatures. Only 100% natural rubber provides flexibility and increased lifespan. Primo Nord LW is equipped with a highly insulating 5 mm neoprene lining with the addition of 2 mm "Air Cell" lining. Air Cell is a cellular lining with thousands of open small holes that create the important air layer between the foot and the neoprene lining.
In case of excess heat from the foot, the heat spreads via the open cells up through the shaft, a so-called chimney effect. This makes the boot a unique all-round boot from early autumn to cold winter. The waterproof shaft consists of a strong "Rip Stop" textile in combination with waterproof neoprene. The textile shaft makes the boot extremely light and resistant to sharp objects in the terrain. Should the shaft be penetrated by e.g. a thin sharp thorn and that the thorn is then removed, the neoprene material has a good self-sealing ability.
The boot is equipped with a RIRI zipper along half the back of the shaft. This gives great opportunities to adapt the calf measurement to your own needs up to 46 cm. The leather edge at the top of the shaft and the tension strap around the entire shaft means that the boot sits stably despite the soft textile shaft. The Arxus X-Grip sole is made up of six different technical layers. This provides market-leading comfort with flexibility, stability and grip as important advantages.
The Arxus Primo Nord LW is a fully equipped winter boot that can also be used during the early autumn season without overheating.
